01

Principles applied

Processing is organised around lawfulness and transparency, specified purposes, minimisation, accuracy, limited retention, integrity and confidentiality.

02

Relevant purposes

Data may be used to handle contact or demonstration requests, manage customer or partner relationships, respond to applications and operate or improve the website.

03

Applicable framework

B‑AGILE applies Moroccan Law No. 09‑08 of 18 February 2009 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data, under the supervision of the National Commission for the Control of Personal Data Protection (CNDP). Article 5 of that law establishes the data subject’s right to information at the point of collection: this is the purpose of the notices carried by every form on the website.

The European Union General Data Protection Regulation is applied when the processing falls within its scope.

04

Your rights

Depending on the applicable framework, you may request access, rectification, erasure or restriction, or object to processing. Portability, consent withdrawal and the right to lodge a complaint apply when their legal conditions are met.

05

Exercise your rights

Email contact@bagile-systems.com and state the relevant address, context and right you wish to exercise. Proportionate identity verification may be requested. B‑AGILE responds within the period provided by the applicable framework.

06

Recipients, processors and transfers

Access is limited to teams and providers that need it for the relevant purpose. Responsibilities, safeguards and any transfers are governed according to the service used and applicable framework.

07

Security and retention

Organisational and technical measures are implemented according to the processing activity. Retention periods are connected to purpose, relationship follow-up and applicable duties rather than presented as one universal period.

08

Data processed in customer solutions

When a B‑AGILE solution processes data for a customer, that customer determines the purposes and remains controller. B‑AGILE acts as processor within the agreement, documented instructions and agreed security measures.

A request about your data?

State the relevant address, context and right you wish to exercise.
